The previous situation is in my previous post, and I'm writing this hoping it will help those doing secondhand trades in the future understand what happened afterwards.
After the situation from my previous post, I contacted the seller. He replied that he had already notified the situation in the listing and sent photos. However, due to the nature of the secondhand trading app, you can modify products at any time even after they've been sold. When I looked at the listing at that time, there were no photos or details about the defects, so I directly asked the seller via personal message about the defect photos and damage, but he said there were no such defects. Then the seller's guardian called and said that since 22 days had already passed since the purchase and they came in person and checked it for 40 minutes, it would be difficult to give compensation or a refund. They also said that if you like bicycles, you would remove the electrical tape on the chain stay, and it doesn't make sense that you're only finding it now. In the end, they just kept saying the same thing over and over, and when they concluded they couldn't provide compensation, they hung up. The seller's guardian said he believes the seller never changed the product listing, and that it was my responsibility for not seeing something that was already posted. However, the listing I saw didn't have defect photos, and aside from 2 bicycle photos, there were no detailed descriptions of the defects. Of course, I'm not without fault either. The carbon repair shop said it wasn't a crack but that the carbon layer had peeled off slightly, so I'm just going to handle the paint repair and move on. I'm writing this post hoping that those doing secondhand trading will make sure to keep all photos so you don't face the same problems I did in the future.
