A Ryanair passenger plane flying from Thessaloniki, Greece to Memmingen, Germany experienced an incident where a passenger window shattered mid-flight. A Serbian tourist was at risk of being sucked out the window when it broke, but they were unharmed thanks to wearing their seatbelt. Passengers heard a loud noise, similar to a tire bursting, as cabin pressure rapidly dropped. Greek media speculate that debris from one of the aircraft's engines may have caused the window to break. Ryanair diverted the aircraft back to Thessaloniki following the incident.
