President Lee Jae-myung visited Mongolia and presented President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh with a traditional archery set and a smartwatch to commemorate the shared cultural heritage of archery between the two countries. He also gifted a jeweled box adorned with butterfly and peony motifs, symbolizing happiness and longevity, to Mrs. Bolormaa Lkhagvaasuren, wife of President Khurelsukh. This visit is expected to contribute to strengthening bilateral relations through participation in Naadam Festival, Mongolia's largest festival. A state banquet will be held with approximately 40 Korean businesspeople in attendance to discuss enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
