2. After emptying my mind and getting soaked in the rain, I felt like I returned to childhood innocence. Puddles were fun.
3. The course was shortened, and with the cutoff, it ended faster than expected.
4. By the time I reached the finish line, the weather cleared up and the sun came out, giving it a perfect ending.
5. Because there were significantly fewer participants, the food was served buffet-style. I ate donuts to my heart's content.
6. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, but looking at the path soaked with rain... if only the weather had been sunny, it would have been magical, but there was lingering regret.
7. Despite the rain, there were people who took photos for us, which gave me strength.
8. Fortunately, I didn't see any falls. There was traffic control and no one pushed themselves too hard.
At least, we avoided the worst.
