The body of a naval escort ship crew member who went missing at sea near the Northern Limit Line in the East Sea on the 12th was found. The Navy recovered the body from the sea 52 km east of Geojineup, Goseong-gun at 5:58 am on the 13th. The missing soldier was last seen patrolling inside the ship before dawn the previous day and was confirmed missing when he did not appear for his duty shift.
