The government has decided to form a task force on work adjustments to resolve conflicts over job roles among 2.65 million healthcare workers, including doctors and nurses. The task force will discuss the scope of medical practices, blind spots, and other issues under the revised Medical Care Act to reduce interprofessional conflicts. It will consist of 450 members, including experts from various fields such as doctors, dentists, oriental medicine practitioners, and nurses. The task force plans to hold quarterly meetings and prioritize discussions on issues with a high likelihood of consensus. Members with a three-year term will be selected from professors or higher-ranking personnel in the field of healthcare workforce.
