Four employees of the Jeonnam Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education's Jeonnam office were caught for allegedly selling school supplies on used goods trading sites and profiting illegally. A middle school employee sold a dehumidifier, while a B elementary school employee sold several laptops, resulting in disciplinary action and dismissal. C middle school employees and D elementary school employees were also found to have sold educational materials such as Lego and AI robots on used goods trading sites or kept them at home without permission. The Office of Education promised to strengthen the management of public property and make efforts to improve integrity.
