BGN plans to settle this debt through the arrears mechanism in the Budget Implementation Document List (DIPA) for 2026. The payment process is still in the stage of budget revision with the Directorate General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance and requires review from several related institutions. Details of BGN's debt are spread across various activity items, such as material procurement, SPPG certification, consultant services, vehicle rentals, speaker fees, other services, debt to Unhan, official travel, government assistance, and capital expenditure for the construction of APBN kitchens. BGN is committed to settling all arrears in 2026.
