Roy Suryo has lost three times in a row in the pretrial motions he filed. Although the judge granted part of his first pretrial motion regarding the search, arrest, and detention process, Roy Suryo's suspect status in the alleged case of defamation of President Jokowi's fake diploma remains valid. The judge rejected Roy Suryo's second pretrial motion because it was considered an attempt to delay the main examination process. In the third pretrial motion, the judge also did not accept Roy Suryo's request for compensation because the matter was not within the scope of the pretrial motion.
