The police announced that they will introduce a cross-investigation system for cases involving police officer families starting in early September, following this incident. However, there have only been 77 cases of exclusion and avoidance over the past six years, and considering the 145,000 police personnel, there are criticisms that the system has not been operating properly. In the process of introducing the cross-investigation system, various problems need to be addressed, such as establishing a method for confirming and managing relationships between police officers and their families, and setting criteria for transferring cases.
