Mozilla has launched a built-in ad blocker feature for the Firefox browser on iPhone. This feature allows users to block ads on websites without needing to install third-party apps. Although disabled by default, users can enable this feature through the Firefox settings menu. This built-in ad blocking is a response to long-standing user requests for Firefox on iOS who wanted the ability to block ads directly within the browser. The feature complements the existing Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) feature which works to block online trackers.
