It's noisy...

"Riding in the lead, I say 'I'll go first. Three more will follow,' or 'I'm last. Thank you,' to let pedestrians and other riders know my destination, and everyone kindly gives way."

If we consider each other's situations, conflicts don't arise.

The real problem is those who ignore the basic rules.

It makes me sigh to see people stealthily overtaking without any signals or warnings, blocking the road and riding recklessly in parallel or threateningly close.

"If you're in such a hurry, why didn't you leave yesterday? Why are you being so dangerous?" Anger boils inside me.

Reading the posts of many other riders, I think the conclusion is the same.

In my opinion, consideration should continue even on public roads.

Ride as close to the edge as possible and when it's unavoidable to merge into the traffic flow, signal your thanks to drivers after confirming safety.

Even if we can't be perfect, it's important to have the mindset of 'not causing harm to others.'

No dangerous behavior, whether by car or bicycle, can be justified on the road. Even on bike paths, there are many sections shared with pedestrians, so riders themselves must be careful not to become a threat to others at any time.

If drivers, riders, and pedestrians all share the minimum consideration of 'not causing harm,' disputes on the road will naturally disappear.

It's a shame that we, who should be united, are fighting among ourselves...
