are the owners trying to defend the price?
or are they doing business with guts?
The used market has dried up,
and it's been a while since the lower floors have reacted.
It seems like I was the first to contact them because there was a good property available for purchase, but
it was sold to someone else while I was waiting for a reply.
Anyway, it's a shame.
I'm trying to get back on my bike,
and I'm preparing to return as a one-person team,
but lately, there seem to be a lot of free posts on Dossa with complaints and sighs like mine,
so I'll try writing one too.
