I hear a lot of people have been going to Namsan Yarra these days. I want to give you some advice, so I'm writing this.
It is very dangerous to ride parallel from Verti Head. The road is paved, but the lane markings are not clear. Also, I saw many people riding recklessly on Namsan. It is dangerous if someone comes from behind, a bus, or a Namsan facility management vehicle. Especially these days with the trend of trail running.
Finally, today I saw someone riding an MTB without headlights or taillights, riding backwards on the sidewalk; they ended up getting into an accident.
