Regarding the recent announcement of the Evolve Ambassador selection, I have carefully read the concerns and advice sent by many cycling enthusiasts. I sincerely thank everyone who conveyed their affection for our brand and the sentiment of the community.
This ambassador selection was conducted through email submissions and document screening. In the process, we failed to grasp some past issues that had occurred within the community, and as a result, we caused inconvenience to many people. I sincerely apologize for this.
We have had an honest and in-depth conversation with the selected ambassador about the current situation. The individual also expressed their desire not to cause further trouble for the brand and the community. Through sufficient communication, we have reached a final agreement to amicably terminate the sponsorship activities.
Accordingly, we will immediately proceed with the retrieval process for all products, including the bicycles that have been provided. Please understand that this decision was made after serious consideration of how Soding Sports should communicate and interact with cycling enthusiasts in the future.
We apologize to the users who may have felt inconvenienced due to our shortcomings. We also express our gratitude to the individual involved for their understanding and cooperation in reaching a smooth agreement despite the sudden situation.
