Out of curiosity, I disassembled it and found that water bottles with silicone sealing inside the nozzle tear or break like this when you try to fully disassemble them.
Purist water bottles have nozzles that are too stiff, making it difficult to disassemble
the four-directional notches that secure the cap
Other Taks products also have simple structures, but full disassembly isn't possible
If you take them apart, the seal performance drops and
it seems to cause leakage issues
For reference, I clean the water bottle with denture cleaner sold at pharmacies
(Polident) - break one tablet, separate the nozzle, and soak for about 30 minutes.
I mainly use it for water, but recently I've also been using FIXX and AminoVital
powder, so I'm very careful about
cleaning and drying it.
