There is a cafe where many bicycles come near Hangju Bridge.
A red-colored MTB (Canon Dale?) was leaning against the entrance there (blocking the entrance while doing business)
While lifting it up, I touched the rear wheel of the bicycle next to it with a speedometer, and the parked bicycle wobbled???
Seeing him walking away confidently in a white tattered jersey without any gestures, he seemed to have a serious cognitive impairment.
He looked like an elderly person who was old enough, but if it were mine, I could have scolded him a lot and made him live another day. It's a shame.
It's not that I only see them once or twice, but I tend to see them more often when I go around Hangju??
Even though it wasn't that damaged, isn't it not a good thing...?
The bicycle owner seemed to be quite old... and looked very affectionate... I think he just laughed it off with a broad mind.
Anyway, I am really careful and have never touched anything;;
