I received my race number yesterday, and there's no unnecessary stuff.
They even gave us the Seoraksan Mountain altitude chart, and most importantly, the bike race number has changed to a chip format like an overseas competition, and they even sent a chip adapter. On top of that, it seems like they've gotten rid of the bib numbers that aren't really used anymore and replaced them with helmet stickers and wristbands, so it will be easier to verify at the supply station.
Best of all, with the real-time location tracking app, participants' locations and marshal locations can be checked, which means player support will be faster.
