I feel like people choose brands like Specialized or other popular brands when buying a Cello Elliott bike.
1. Even if I try to replace the handlebars, they've strangely deformed the round steering wheel so that an FSA-based adapter doesn't fit, and they don't even make separate handlebars available for purchase...
2. If I want to order parts, I have to do it through Samcheonri, but even if the parts arrive, Samcheonri can't replace them... so I end up having to go to another shop ㅎㅎ If that's the case, it would be nice if they just sold it on their website~
3. Why did they insist on using a heavy handle-type axle unnecessarily... It was too heavy, so I tried to replace it... and I heard that Cello had an event selling lightweight axles as tokens, so I expressed my intention to buy them by paying the cost, but they said they couldn't sell them. They said they would hold the event in March, so I waited, but now it's not part of the plan. These days, I understand why people choose brands like Specialized or popular brands when it comes to repairs.
