Following last year's successful exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand, which attracted 350,000 visitors, the Nonsan City Agricultural Products Overseas Exhibition is coming to Jakarta, Indonesia.
According to the city, the 2025 Nonsan City Agricultural Products Overseas Exhibition will be held for four days from February 13th to 16th at Kota Kasabalanka, a large shopping mall in Jakarta.
Co-hosted by Nonsan City and Jakarta, this exhibition aims to promote the excellence of Nonsan's agricultural products and strengthen its competitiveness in the Southeast Asian market, including Thailand and Indonesia, ultimately raising its global recognition. The exhibition will feature four sections: exhibitions, experiences, performances, and special events. A total of 45 programs will be prepared, reflecting the characteristics of Nonsan and Indonesia, promising to delight visitors' eyes, ears, and taste buds.

The exhibition is planned to showcase the excellence of Nonsan strawberries and the competitiveness of Nonsan agricultural products at a glance.
As this festival is jointly hosted by the two cities, a variety of programs will be prepared for visitors to experience Korean and Indonesian cultures. Korea will also prepare various attractions such as Korean craft experiences, Korean alphabet initial sound contests, traditional musical instrument performances, and taekwondo demonstrations.
The Korea Tourism Organization will also operate a tourism promotion booth and prepare Korean traditional games such as Jegichagi and Ddakji for family visitors to participate in.In addition, experiences with hanbok (Korean traditional clothing) and Indonesian traditional attire (Kebaya), performances of Indonesian traditional dances and Korean traditional music, and fashion shows will be held. The Agricultural Products Overseas Exhibition is expected to serve as a platform for cultural exchange beyond just a festival.
A city official said, "This exhibition will not only enhance the status of Nonsan agricultural products in the Indonesian market and Southeast Asian markets but also serve as a stepping stone for further expansion into the global market."
He added, "We aim to achieve a successful exhibition and solidify Nonsan's position in the overseas market."
