The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office is continuing its investigation into former President Roh Tae-woo's slush fund allegations and is currently requesting some information from Kim Ok-sook's side and verifying the authenticity of the slush fund memo. According to a slush fund memo submitted by Roh's divorce lawsuit, 30 billion won in slush funds belonging to former President Roh was transferred to Choi Jong-hyun, former chairman of SK Group, who is his son-in-law. The prosecution has been tracing the flow of funds from the time Ms. Kim donated money to her son's public interest corporation and is taking considerable time to analyze due to the long period and wide scope. Meanwhile, the Seoul High Court ruled in favor of Choi Tae-won, chairman of SK Group, and Na-bi Kwon, director of the Noh So-young Art Center, in a lawsuit for the revocation of property division, ordering Chairman Choi to pay 944 billion won to Director Kwon as property division money. According to the Supreme Court's ruling, Roh Tae-woo's "slush fund of 300 billion won" was not considered in the property division.
