B used this information to attempt revenge against his former lover and committed crimes such as throwing garbage. Police applied for an arrest warrant against B on charges of trespassing, property damage, and violation of the Personal Information Protection Act. Officer A will be subject to disciplinary action by the police station due to his low rank, and whether or not he will be sent to the prosecution will be decided according to the progress of the investigation. B is also suspected of finding out his ex-lover's changed mobile phone number through a telecommunications company.
