Xiaomi is rumored to be introducing a transparent body design for the Xiaomi 18 series, similar to the Mi 8 Explorer Edition and Mi 9 Transparent Edition released previously. This design is expected to become a distinctive feature that differentiates the Xiaomi 18 from other flagship phones. It is not yet known which model of the Xiaomi 18 will feature this transparent design. The Xiaomi 18 series is planned to be launched in several stages, starting with the Pro, Pro Max, and Fold variants in September 2026, followed by the regular variant in early 2027. The Xiaomi 18 series is also predicted to be one of the first phones to use Qualcomm's latest generation chipset.
