The number of new apartments scheduled to be occupied nationwide next month is estimated at around 14,000 units, recording the lowest level this year and the lowest monthly figure in six years and five months. The occupancy volume in the metropolitan area increased compared to the same month last year but decreased compared to the previous month. On the other hand, the expected occupancy volume in non-metropolitan areas is expected to decrease significantly compared to the same month last year. Real estate experts are concerned that the decrease in apartment occupancy volume during the autumn moving season could lead to greater volatility in monthly rent prices.
