A massive flood in the Himalayan mountains on the Nepal-China border has killed 633 people and left nearly 3,000 missing. The flood was likely caused by a glacier collapse, and nine South Koreans went missing at the construction site of the Upper Trishuli (UT)-1 hydroelectric power plant in Nepal. Helicopter rescue operations have been suspended due to bad weather, but the Nepalese government is working to rescue those trapped in a tunnel. The Korean government has dispatched an additional rapid response team, and Doosan Group Chairman Park Jeong-won has also headed to the scene.
