Hello.
It's been a long time since I wrote an article on the Golf Dang bulletin board.
I'm leaving a review because there may be some people who will refer to it.
During the Lunar New Year holidays, I started my first round of the year.
When I hit the driver tee shot on the first hole, unlike usual, even though it was the first hole, the ball hit with a bang! and flew well
The sound is strange? When I checked my face, there was a crack about 1.5 centimeters wide horizontally on my face;;;
On that day, I just played 18 holes with the feeling of 'I don't know'.
When I went to the place where I bought it after the holiday and asked the owner, they said that the a/s policy for Titleist is to choose the longer one between 1 year after purchase and 2 years after shipment.
Since I purchased it exactly 1 year and 11 months ago, he said that I should just apply first to see what happens.
He also added that he heard that a few days ago, someone sent in a TSR2 driver head for repair and was charged 400,000 won for the repair.
Thinking "No way," I applied for a/s and requested shipping.
Rather than paying 400,000 won for repairs, I thought about buying a new GT3 or another brand, and spent the weekend pondering.
On Monday, I received a call from Titleist.
"Although it is subject to paid repair, since the warranty period is ambiguous, we will proceed with a free exchange. However, please note that the 1-year free a/s after repair is not applicable."
Oh yeah! Free!! With a joyful heart, I deleted all the drivers I had in my shopping cart ㅠㅠ
The TSR3 driver has been truly satisfying for me to use for 2 years, and it's been like my life driver.
I was so grateful that I thought about buying a new driver and was excited all weekend...
It's a mix of joy and disappointment ㅎㅎㅎ
