Ambassador Yun Soon-gu attended the founding ceremony of the 'Korea-Indonesia Friendship Association' held at the embassy residence on June 19th.
The Korea-Indonesia Friendship Association will continue to strengthen cooperation between the two countries and promote exchanges in various fields including culture, business, and youth exchange. The founding ceremony was attended by about 10 people from various sectors in Indonesia, including former Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, as well as figures from Indonesia's economic, academic, cultural and media, and political circles.
The members who attended the founding ceremony exchanged in-depth opinions on expanding Korea-Indonesia exchanges in various fields and future-oriented plans for relationship development.
