No matter how well Vingegaard flies,
A sudden drop in condition due to a crash, illness like a cold, or other such factors.
Without these external variables,
it's going to be hard to beat Pogacar...
In Stage 1, Visma's Vingegaard took 1st place thanks to the team's teamwork,
but looking only at the final uphill solo ride for comparison,
UAE was in a pace situation expected to be about 20–25 seconds behind,
yet seeing Pogacar close the gap alone to within +11 seconds in the final sprint
made me think, a champion really is something else.
Stage 2 was, as expected...
The win went to teammate Del Toro, with Pogacar yielding,
but the final 10 seconds were more than just a victory celebration for Del Toro —
what stood out even more was Pogacar's class on a whole different level...
My impressions through Stage 2...
The yellow jersey is clearly being held by Vingegaard,
yet it's Pogacar who's radiating the overwhelming charisma...ㅋㅋ;;
