At the departure hall of Incheon International Airport, Chinese passengers are repeatedly rushing to check-in counters and engaging in 'group cutting' behavior. This is because the recent change in aircraft type on the Incheon~China route has increased the number of seats, leading to an increase in passengers and fierce queuing competition. During the cutting process, guidance staff have also been injured. The airport authorities are strengthening on-site inspections to maintain order and are considering installing plastic partitions between stanchions as a countermeasure against cutting. Although the problem was temporarily resolved due to a decrease in departures with smuggled goods following stricter local crackdowns in China, they are monitoring the situation considering the possibility of recurrence.
