Local governments across the country are expanding video content production education for farmers in order to increase agricultural product sales through social media. The education covers a wide range of topics, from filming and editing to AI utilization and marketing techniques, and some regions are even establishing studios exclusively for farmers. However, there are criticisms that short-term education is not enough to see tangible results, and there are also opinions that a continuous support system needs to be established. While educational programs are being operated to help farmers promote agricultural products they produce themselves and expand online sales, long-term support plans are needed for the increased income of farming households to actually materialize.
