LG Twins pitcher Lachlan Wells left the game early on July 4th against SSG after being hit in the right calf by a batted ball from Park Sung-han in the bottom of the third inning. He was unable to continue playing due to pain and was replaced by Park Si-won. Fortunately, it is not reported to be a serious injury, and the LG team said that Wells is icing his right calf area for a contusion. Wells failed to pitch 3 innings for the first time this season. He has been struggling without a win since July.
