South Korean national football team defender Kim Min-jae started for his club FC Bayern Munich in a pre-season match against Jeju SK, wearing the captain's armband and running in front of Korean fans. Munich excluded most of its key players from this tour squad, with Japanese national team defender Hiroki Ito and Portuguese midfielder Joao Palhinha also included in the starting lineup along with Kim Min-jae. On the other hand, Jeju SK fielded 'captain' midfielder Lee Chang-min, midfielder Jang Min-kyu, winger Choi Byeong-uk, and defender Kwon Ki-min as starters. Jeju coach Sergio Costa plans to adjust the physical condition of his key players in preparation for the weekend match against Jeonbuk Hyundai.
