The K-Football Innovation Committee has decided to significantly expand the electorate for the Korea Football Association president election from the existing 200 or so to about 20,000. This is a measure to hold a transparent and democratic election within this year, and electronic voting or online voting will be considered as the voting method. The Innovation Committee plans to hold an 'Open Hearing' on the 19th to gather opinions from the football community and also plans to review measures to foster youth players and improve the national team coaching system. In particular, it will focus on supplementing team tournaments and league systems in response to climate change and expanding related infrastructure.
