Blibli launches the Online Trade-In feature with Pickup at Store to make it easier for customers to exchange their old gadgets for new ones. This feature allows customers to make trade-in transactions online, then pick up the new gadget and hand over the old device at the Blibli Store or hello Store of their choice. This feature aims to address challenges such as stock uncertainty and time-consuming trade-in processes. Customers can ensure product availability and receive direct assistance from Sales Assistants while in store for verification of the condition of the old gadget, data transfer, activation of the new device, and factory reset of the old gadget. As a launch promotion for this feature, Blibli offers discounts of up to Rp 1 million during the period August 1-31, 2026.
