IKEA Furniture and Book 3D Data AI Image Generator

Following up on yesterday's project, I decided to create an isometric 3D room on our company website this weekend.

Everything started perfectly and smoothly. Driven by the idea of directly molding my own 3D space, a lot of work was done.

Space Construction: I gathered IKEA furniture data to set up a realistic room.

A Touch of Emotion: I even implemented a video simulation with realistic lighting through the windows.

Character Appearance: Using 'Nanobanan', I successfully created a stuffed animal head character by replacing real images! (The key was to seamlessly integrate it into the space so that it didn't feel out of place. At least, the image turned out perfectly.)

So far, it's been doing a great job if you just ask it in a Disney style. But before that, you need a prompt describing the size of the IKEA measured room and the background.

"Okay, now let's bake this room into a GIF and put it on Flow to run the whole generation!" I thought... but token balance shortage made production impossible.

After burning tokens while measuring and creating desks, bookshelves, pegboards, etc., this thought suddenly came to mind.

"Wait a minute... wouldn't it be easier to just use a real 'IKEA simulator'? "

...Yes. I was already using a great and free tool that exists in the world, and I was wasting precious tokens by handcrafting my own IKEA simulator.

After removing unnecessary elements, the results were surprisingly improved. Thanks to the disappearance of complex objects, the AI model could focus much more on the essential descriptions of interior design, such as the depth of space, lighting through the windows, and shadows where the IKEA bookshelf (frame) meets the flooring.

Ugh! My tokens!!!!! ?

But I have no regrets. The simulator is now moving on to the next stage: text motion.

https://argo9.com/ demos are always available.

Now that we have a stable base for generating rooms properly, we can create source material for exhibitions since all publishers are unable to participate in book fairs.

Beyond simple shots of bookshelves, we can now generate perfect ratio study Instagram shots with warm lighting using a combination of prompts and measured data. We can also decorate virtual book fair exhibition halls by displaying real books and giving away goods...

You can continue to check the results of our more 3D experiments and tinkering (?) on the demo page (Studio3D). I'll be back soon with images of the completed Minumsan study room! Now, it's time to actually start making books.
