There was a question about how to protect your bike when loading it into the cargo compartment of an express bus, so I'd like to share a tip that I use.

It's a tape used to protect corners and surfaces from scratches when moving furniture.
Features:
1. It is not sticky, the adhesive does not ooze out, and it has some elasticity.
2. It has moderate adhesion so that it does not damage the paint or surface of the object.
No marks are left after applying and removing it.
3. It can be easily cut by hand. The tape has horizontal cutting lines engraved closely together.

When I go on a tour
Before departure, I cut the tape to an appropriate length with a name pen thickness and divide it into portions.
I put them in my top tube bag and after arriving at the terminal, before loading it into the cargo compartment,
I attach it to areas that are prone to damage from friction, such as the shifter lever, drop bar, saddle contact point with the floor, dropout, etc.
