Vacuum deposition is a type of plating method that maintains a high-vacuum state inside a vacuum chamber, and we manufacture equipment that uses electron guns and ion sources to deposit metal oxides onto material surfaces, and sputtering equipment that uses strong energy to directly
strip and deposit the desired metal,
as well as equipment that heats the target deposition material (chromium, aluminum, etc.) using resistance before deposition.
We are a manufacturer of these types of equipment.
We currently also operate a subsidiary in Korea that directly carries out vacuum deposition and coating work
using equipment we manufacture ourselves.
We can carry out surface treatments including tinted lenses, various touchscreens such as smartphone screens, high-grade abrasion-resistant and fingerprint-resistant surface treatment,
metal surface treatment with reflective, refractive, and aesthetically refined finishes,
aluminum deposition for exterior and mirror surfaces on various ceramic parts, reflectors via aluminum coating on plastic, and surface treatment for automotive parts and various electronic products.
