6월 17일에 당근에서 Factor Ostro VAM Camelon 52를 750만 원에 중고로 구매했습니다.
판매자 광고에 “많이 안타서 상태 좋습니다”, “두 곳 말고는 상태 좋습니다”라고 되어 있어서 믿고 샀습니다.
구매 당시 새끼손가락이 골절된 상태라 자전거를 집까지 겨우 타고 왔고, 그 후로는 타지 못했습니다. (7월 1일에 처음 제대로 타봤습니다)
구매 후 바로 분해정검 샵에 예약을 했지만 예약이 많아서 7월 1일에야 가능하다고 해서 그날로 예약했습니다.
7월 1일 오전에 정형외과에서 “깁스는 더 이상 안 해도 되고 운동을 하라”는 진단을 받고, 바로 분해정비샵에 오버홀을 맡겼습니다.
7월 2일 미케닉분에게 연락이 왔습니다. BB 쉘(T47) 나사선이 심하게 손상된 것이 발견됐습니다.
GL&Co(공식 수입사): “프레임 수리 맡기면 프레임 보상판매를 권할 가능성이 크다”, “여유 BB로 한번 테스트해보자”고 했습니다.
미케닉: “새로운 BB를 장착해도 나사선이 다시 뭉개질 가능성이 100%입니다. 토크 제대로 못 주면 사고 날 수 있어요.”
판매자에게 이 상황을 전부 이야기하고 전액 환불을 요청했으나,
“타고 다닐 때는 문제없었다”, “3주 지났다”, “분해 과정에서 문제가 생겼을 수 있다”며 거부하고 있습니다.
증거로는 BB 쉘 손상 사진, 미케닉 의견, GL&Co 통화 내용, 병원 진단서 등이 있습니다.
이런 경우 민법 하자담보책임으로 전액 환불이 가능한가요?
비슷한 경험 있으신 분들 조언 부탁드립니다.

Pada tanggal 17 Juni, saya membeli Factor Ostro VAM Camelon 52 bekas seharga 7.500.000 won di Carrot.
Dalam iklan penjual tertulis “Kondisi sangat baik karena jarang digunakan”, “Kondisi bagus kecuali dua tempat”. Saya percaya dan membelinya.
Saat pembelian, jari kelingking saya patah sehingga saya bisa saja mengendarai sepeda pulang, dan setelah itu saya tidak bisa mengendarainya lagi. (Saya pertama kali benar-benar mencobanya pada 1 Juli)
Segera setelah membeli, saya memesan janji temu di bengkel sepeda, tetapi karena banyaknya pesanan, saya baru bisa mendapatkan janji temu pada tanggal 1 Juli.
Pada pagi hari tanggal 1 Juli, dokter spesialis tulang mengatakan “Anda tidak perlu menggunakan gips lagi dan boleh berolahraga”, lalu saya langsung membawa sepeda ke bengkel untuk diperbaiki.
Pada tanggal 2 Juli, saya menerima telepon dari mekanik. Ternyata baut BB (T47) rusak parah.
GL&Co (importir resmi): “Jika Anda mempercayakan perbaikan rangka, kemungkinan besar kami akan merekomendasikan penggantian rangka”, “Cobalah untuk menguji dengan BB yang longgar”.
Mekanik: “Bahkan jika baut BB baru dipasang, ada kemungkinan 100% bahwa baut akan rusak lagi. Jika torsi tidak diberikan dengan benar, kecelakaan bisa terjadi.”
Saya telah menceritakan situasi ini kepada penjual dan meminta pengembalian dana penuh, tetapi
dia menolak dengan alasan “Tidak ada masalah saat saya mengendarainya”, “Sudah tiga minggu berlalu”, “Masalah mungkin terjadi selama proses pembongkaran”.
Sebagai bukti, saya memiliki foto kerusakan baut BB, pendapat mekanik, rekaman telepon dengan GL&Co, dan catatan medis dari rumah sakit.
Dalam kasus ini, bisakah saya mendapatkan pengembalian dana penuh berdasarkan tanggung jawab garansi dalam hukum perdata?

On June 17th, I purchased a used Factor Ostro VAM Camelon 52 from Carrot for 7.5 million won.
The seller's advertisement stated "It is in good condition because it is not used much" and "It is in good condition except for two places", so I trusted and bought it.
At the time of purchase, my little finger was fractured, so I barely managed to ride the bicycle home, and I haven't ridden it since then. (I rode it properly for the first time on July 1st)
I immediately made a reservation at a disassembly inspection shop after purchasing it, but due to many reservations, they said it would be possible only on July 1st, so I reserved it for that day.
On the morning of July 1st, I received a diagnosis from an orthopedic clinic that "I don't need to wear a cast anymore and should exercise", and immediately entrusted the disassembly repair shop with the overhaul.
On July 2nd, I received a call from the mechanic. It was found that the BB shell (T47) thread was severely damaged.
GL&Co (official importer): "If you entrust the frame repair, there is a high possibility that they will recommend frame compensation sales", "Let's test it once with a spare BB".
Mechanic: "Even if a new BB is installed, there is a 100% chance that the thread will be mashed again. If the torque is not properly applied, an accident may occur."
I told the seller about the whole situation and requested a full refund, but
he refused, saying "There was no problem when I rode it", "3 weeks have passed", "The problem could have occurred during the disassembly process".
As evidence, there are photos of BB shell damage, mechanic's opinion, GL&Co call records, and hospital diagnosis.
Is a full refund possible under the Civil Act's liability for defects in this case?
Please advise those who have had similar experiences.
